Radiant Basket is a retail pharmacy promotional platform that enables our partners to generate pharmacy promotional orders via a website or an app.
Consumer Healthcare platform
The Radiant Basket platform drives significant additional sales, maximises margin in store and strips out significant time and cost for both the company and their pharmacy partners.
We’re now at the point where pharmacists will log into deals sent via email and fulfil orders without the need for the representative.
This will enable the outbound telesales and territory sales teams to focus on added value services and relevant cross selling and upselling opportunities.
Optomeyes is the Radiant Health commercial platform that enables Optometrists to compete on price and convenience with online lens retailers.
Optometry platform
The Optomeyes website and Sparkle app is a platform designed to enable consumers to use their specific prescription to order contact lenses and other eye-care products via a personalised app delivered to their door at competitive prices.
At the same time the platform enables optometrists to maintain and build their relationship with the patient while realising a commercial benefit from orders placed directly on the company via the app.
This particular solution was designed to answer the single biggest problem posed to our partner by the Optometrists – loss of retails sales to overseas and domestic online suppliers.
